The beauty of Flagstop is its simplicity. Onboarding happens once, with us. After that, monthly updates are easy and seamless — an export and a drop, from the files your offices already produce.
Your best numbers are already stale.
They live in the annual report. Somebody spends weeks assembling it, one page per county, because every county mayor asks the same first question: "What's my county's share?" It's accurate, and it's stale the day it posts.
Flagstop is that report, live all year — every department, every county, every month.
What it takes.
The agency-wide view needs one thing: your general ledger history, exported once. Every agency has it. That is the day-one view — the finance area, the county money, the board packet.
Each department needs its own data, ideally monthly and going back several years — the more history, the more meaningful the trends. There's no better time to start than now; reach out and we'll help you get going.
Onboarding is where the work happens — once, and with you. We sit with each office that feeds the dashboard and build the export template it will run every month. Mapping your system is our job, not yours.
A month is an export and a drop.
Your staff open the export template, change the dates, export, and drop the file on its upload card. Or the system schedules the export, or we pull the month ourselves.
- Drop the file. The card shows the month back to you and flags anything that doesn't add before anything is written.
- Every page rolls forward. A "loaded through" strip says which feed has reported which month, so a partial month is labeled, never guessed.
- The month explains itself. Within the hour, the month in words drafts from the new figures.
Your data stays yours.
- Aggregates only. Counts and dollars by service, program, county and month — never a rider or client record.
- Small counts, protected. Small numbers are floored by rule, because in a small county "three dialysis riders" is practically a name.
- Scoped access. Workspaces are assigned per person and scoped by county.
- Everything exports. Every page prints; every table exports.
